| AQEIC holds its annual meeting in different towns in the country .
Normally the scientific-technical subjects are divided into two sessions:
a monographic session and an open one. The Spanish Leather Chemists Association
(AQEIC) has also organized a Mediterranean Meeting to promote the regions
in Europe, in our case, the Mediterranean area and has collaborated in
the organization of a further four.
In conjunction with the IULTCS, the Spanish Leather Chemists Association
(AQEIC) has organized three meetings in Barcelona, the last one being in
1991. In this last congress visual sessions were upgraded with the result
that the delegates could get a better grasp of the content of each subject,
thus obviating the need to attend lectures in two lecture halls simultaneously.
AQEIC has shown that it has the capacity to organize meetings at all levels.
