Foundation AQEIC will be able to request subsidies at different levels : the own Autonomous Community where has its Headquarters the Foundation, Catalonia ; the Spanish State, and the European Union ; as well as to negotiate economic contributions on the part of industries of the Sector with attractive fiscal reductions. The purpose of the Foundation AQEIC remains synthesized in article 3th, that says: 

"The Foundation will be exempted of any profitable spirit or of benefit and they will be primary of the same to encourage the development and advance of the chemistry science applied to the leather industry, as well as those which with her are related , contributed also to the such industry progress through the cultural and scientific collaboration and technical contribution of all the persons or entities linked to her". 

Also they will be primary end of the Association the following : 

1. To participate in the promotion and development of the research of the chemical sector.
2. To accomplish whatever technical and economic studies routed to the growth of the industrial activity of the Letaher Industry.
3. To organize all type of cultural acts , as well as congresses, seminars, and analogous for the development of the promotion action , and to edit and to publish whatever studies, analysis and works of publication to the effects in putting within reach in the sector in particular, and of the public as a rule, how much takes issue with the leather industry.
4. To accomplish whatever activities routed to encourage the development and advance of the technical chemistry applied to Industry of Leather in the interautonomic areas of the State and of the European Union, in the international markets and in the Ibero-American territorial area.
5. Collaboration with whatever other cultural entities, economic, business, scientific, and socio-economic whose end are related to the Leather Industry.
6. To build, if it would be occupation, those legal entities, that permit development the best of the exposed end. 

The main advantages are : 

• 20 % of fiscal reduction in and the annual income taxes.
• Advertising in each quarterly Technical Journal (Bol. Téc. AQEIC).
• Design of 3 - 4 web pages for INTERNET, free-cost, during a year.
• Obtention of soft credits, or of under a low interest. Greater facility in the official subsidies, etc.
