HOTEL BOOKING:
The General Secretariat of the Congress offers the participants of the XXXI Congress IULTCS, hotel rooms at special prices during the period of September 27 to September 30, 2011.  Participants are advised to book rooms as early as possible, since rooms will be reserved on a first come/first served basis.

The reservations will be confirmed upon reception of the total stay payment. No reservation will be guaranteed and processed without the payment. You will receive confirmation of the hotel booking indicating the name of the hotel and its address; the confirmation letter must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation

All cancellations have to be sent on writing to GRUPO PACIFICO.

For the no show, the hotel is allowed to cancel the whole stay without reimbursement.

All refunds will be processed after the congress.
