Registration and payment of fees will be absolutely necessary for attending any of the Congress Events. The form must be accompanied by the payment in Euros (€). No registration will be considered until the payment is received.
In order to ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers request that you register using the online registration form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).
The latest date for pre-registration will be September 24, 2011. Any registration form received after this date, will be processed on site at the congress venue.
Payments by bank transfer will be allowed until August 26, 2011. After this date, only will be possible to pay by credit card.

* The admission fee from the University should be requested (the closing dinner is not included). ** This registration includes the assistance to the closing dinner and a tourist tour with lunch included.
The registration includes:
Scientific sessions.
Bag and documentation of the congress.
Coffee breaks and lunches.
Closing dinner (except students).
Reservation and Payment
Telephone reservations will not be accepted.
All reservations have to be processed using the registration form.
Payment will be processed by credit card (visa o master card) or bank transfer.
Reservation Confirmation
Once the corresponding payment has been received the Technical Secretariat will send you a confirmation voucher including all details of the services. Please review accurately all the information.
Pending Amounts
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Congress Secretariat. In case that registration funds were wired late or, for some reasons, were not credited on the Congress account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site. Cancellation Policy for Registrations

Cancellation Policy:
Before 1st of July: The total amount except 50€ of handling fees will be refunded.
From 2nd of July to 1st of September: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
From 2nd of September: There will be no refund.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Badges and Security
It is essential that you wear your personal badge at all times while in the Congress venue and during the Social Events, as it is the official entrance pass to scientific sessions. For the Social Events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket. Please take note that the Organization can charge expenses by 50€ in case that the badge is lost. Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the General Secretariat and given to the registered participants.
Medical Assistance and Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Congress. Neither the Organization nor the Congress Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Congress.
