PREPARATION OF VISUAL DISPLAYS.-

Rules for the preparation of Visual Displays (Poster)

The author is responsible to bring the visual display (poster) to the Congress. The poster, which has to be in English, must be in vertical format with a maximum size of 90x150 cm.

General rules for the preparation of visual displays:

  1. The visual display must be legible.
  2. Tables must be easily readable.
  3. The only accepted advertisement is a company/institution logo in the corner of the visual display. Commercial names are not allowed in the visual displays
  4. The author is responsible to set up and to take down the visual display. Staff from the Congress Technical Secretariat (Grupo Pacífico) will provide the material for setting up the visual display (adhesive, etc.etc. ).
  5. Visual displays will be set up for one day during the Congress. Authors have to place the visual display in the morning of the day they have been allocated in the Scientific Program and authors have to take them down that day at the end of all sessions. If the visual displays are not taken down by the authors at the end of the day, the Organizing Committee will remove and eliminate them. The Poster area will be located at Ibiza’s Room of the SH Valencia Palace Hotel (Congress venue).
  6. Authors should be available at the session where they have the presentation. During that session they should be in front of their visual presentation to answer questions from other assistants.
